On Chamet, a host is the person who broadcasts live and also takes part in video calls inside the app. The platform combines live streams, rooms, PK-style challenges, filters, and real-time translation to connect with people from different countries.
A host usually:
- Starts live streams to sing, dance, play, or talk
- Takes part in rooms and voice spaces
- PK-style dynamics (live challenges between hosts)
- Uses filters, effects, and stickers to improve their presentation
- Connects with a global audience through real-time translation
- Combines live streams with 1-on-1 video calls
